Mobile Climate Test Chamber

Specimen are plastered outwalls which are tested for temperature and humidity effect and rain. The enormous dimensions of the specimens and short change over times must be taken into consideration.
We built a walk-in climate test chamber arranged on a base frame with castors (mobile). The chamber has only three outwalls, as the broadside is directly connected to the specimen outwall (right chamber side on the picture). The other side wall is also mounted onto a mobile base frame.
This mobile side wall is fixed to the chamber by means of bolt lever fasteners.
By this modification it is possible to move the chamber between two test walls and therefore to test several specimens in series without wasting too much time (picture left: Specimen red-colored).
